Matcha Ninja Hojicha

Hojicha is a green tea that comes from the same plant as matcha but instead of being steamed, hojicha is roasted at high temperatures. The result is a brownish green tea, low in caffeine, a beautiful smoky-nutty flavor and caramel notes. Roasted green tea offers many of the benefits of traditional green tea while containing very low caffeine. Just like matcha, hojicha contains antioxidants.
